Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100*

Terms and Conditions *1. Free delivery applies to orders with a value over $100 (Inc. GST) made online at www.revolutionindustrial.com.au. 2. Free delivery only available to Australia mainland and Tasmania, excluding remote locations. 3. Free standard delivery does not apply to goods that are classified by authorised couriers (TNT, Australia Post, Startrack) as ‘bulky or heavy’ items (e.g. 20kg Oil Drum or 2m long Spirit Level). 4. Once an item is placed in the shopping cart, the user will be notified if the order incurs a freight charge. 5. Once the order has been submitted, if our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge. 6. Revolution Industrial does not charge for orders picked up from our warehouse (Click & Collect).

 

Free Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Click & Collect is available from our Seaford VIC warehouse. More locations across Australia coming soon!

The Click & Collect may be unavailable during major sales events and promotions.

Revolution Industrial's Click & Collect is available only to customers located within Australia.

During major sales events & promotions, item/s in your Order may not be available. Revolution Industrial will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

You will be contacted by the warehouse to inform you when your order is ready for collection, please note that you will not be able to collect your order until notified by our warehouse. This may take up to 2 business days. You will be informed by email or phone of any unexpected delays with your order.

Once you have been informed by the warehouse that your order is ready for collection, you will be provided with collection instructions.

Pickup can then be made at the following times only:
Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm), and Saturday (9am to Midday)

Orders must be collected within 14 days from the date you are notified that your Order is ready for collection; you will be contacted prior to this date as a reminder collection is available. If your Order is not collected within this time a refund will be issued using the same payment method, you will be contacted to notify you when this will take place.

When collecting your goods at the Click to Collect store, you are required to supply a copy of your Invoice (printed or on your smart phone) and photo identification.

If you are not personally available to collect the goods, you may appoint a representative, you must contact us to arrange this if you did not specify it at checkout. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click to Collect Notification email (printed or on their smart phone) and photo identification at the time of collection. You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.


Revolution Industrial reserves the right to change or discontinue the Click to Collect service at any time, without notice. 

 

Freight Charges – Australia Wide

Delivery is provided by Australia Post eParcel, StartTrack Premium, and TNT Express. All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems.

If you require Express Freight and your order is eligible, please select it during the checkout process.

 

 

Freight Charges – New Zealand

Orders under 2KG may be sent via express couriered to New Zealand via Express Courier International. This includes signature on delivery and full tracking.

This service is for the following areas: 

  • Auckland (0600 to 0758, 1010 to 2246)
  • Christchurch (8011 to 8941)
  • Wellington (5010 to 5258, 6011 to 6972)

Freight Charges – Rest of the World

Worldwide delivery is available on most items by Express Courier International. The cost of freight is dependent on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping cost can be calculated from the product page freight calculator, or from your cart during checkout. 

 

Customs Fees & Duties

We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all New Zealand and International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.

 

Delivery Times

For standard and express delivery, typically your order will get processed up to 3 business days before dispatch. In some instances, there can be a slight delay due to a high volume of orders. Once the parcel is in the courier's hands, it is out of our control. Parcels going from VIC to non-Metro for standard and express might take slightly longer. If you request something by a certain day, please contact us via E-mail or call before you place the order. We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date or time, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.

Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.  If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.

You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

We pack most orders within 3 business day and dispatch from our network of Distribution Centres, or from our delivery partners located across Australia. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order. In the unlikely case that an item is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.

Delays in Transit

Whilst we at Revolution Industrial will do everything within our power to ensure your order arrives on time and in full, unfortunately, issues can arise outside of our control. What we can guarantee under this policy, is we will ensure your order is lodged with the shipping service you have selected on time. In the event that your order is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the courier directly and quoting your tracking number, they will be able to open an enquiry and keep you in the loop.

Refunds & Credits will not be provided for orders that have been delayed in transit and not at fault of Revolution Industrial.

Courier Deliveries

  • Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses. (No PO Box, PMB, Parcel Locker etc)
  • All goods require a signature on delivery so you will need to be home to claim - consider having the order sent to a business address to avoid redelivery hassles 
  • Please ensure we are aware of any special delivery requirements.
