Led Lenser & Leatherman Warranty Claim Process

All warranty claims are to be send to Zen Imports (The Australian Importer for Led Lenser)
On an A4 note paper customer to write;
- Name or Company name
- Phone Number
- Brief description of fault eg. Torch not switching on, blade snapped on leatherman etc
SEND YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE
- Zen Imports will replace product if cannot be repaired.
- If customer does not want replacement of tool for sentimental reasons please state clearly on note. The original item will be returned unrepaired.
- DO NOT send sheath/pouch
- It is recommended that customers send all warranty items via registered mail. This way you may be able to track the parcel with Aust Post and ensures Zen Imports receive the product.
- Please pack in sturdy packaging, such as the Tough Bag #1, available from all Post office outlets.
- Please be aware the white padded bags are not thick enough to hold in some heavier items.
NOTE: The product is not covered under warranty if they do not receive it.
